Product descriptions

Universal Ovens

The universally applicable lab oven U is Memmert’s classic appliance for temperature control in science, research and material tests in the industry. The technologically perfected masterpiece made of high-quality, hygienic, easy-to-use stainless-steel leaves nothing to be desired in terms of ventilation and control technology, overtemperature protection and precisely tuned heating technology.

Paraffin Ovens

Designed for high-precision temperature control of embedding medium like paraffin wax. The range of functions and thermal safety of the paraffin oven are designed specifically for reliable sample preparation in histology, forensics, or microbiology. • 5 model sizes (32 to 161 liters volume) • Temperature range +30oC to +80oC • Model variant: TwinDISPLAY • High degree of thermal safety through multiple overtemperature protection • No feed or exhaust air, therefore an almost gas-tight chamber

Vacuum Ovens

Memmert vacuum ovens effectively remove moisture, gas and other volatile chemicals while preventing reactions. These vacuum ovens have been trusted in the manufacturing of implantable medical devices, packaged food products, essential oils, semiconductors and epoxies. Industrial, food processing and pharmaceutical industries choose Memmert vacuum ovens for shorter heating and processing times, aluminum thermoshelves and precise temperature control. Features include: • Temperature range up to +200 °C • Vacuum control range: 5 mbar up to 1100 mbar • 3 model sizes (29 to 101 liters volume) • 1 model variant: TwinDISPLAY (PLUS) • Vacuum pump (PMP) sold as an accessory • Inert gas connection for VO 49 & 101

Cooled Vacuum Ovens

VO cool Vacuum Ovens feature Memmert’s signature Peltier Cooling Technology. Memmert is the only manufacturer worldwide offering digital pressure control as a standard for vacuum ovens. This system saves up to 70% of energy costs and efficiently cools samples. Low-temperature vacuum drying enables pharmaceutical or food labs to gently dry bacteria and starter cultures in the cooled vacuum oven. • Temperature range +5 up to +90 • 2 model sizes (29 and 49 liters volume) • 1 model variant: TwinDISPLAY Vacuum pump (PMP) sold as an accessory

Standard Incubators

The Memmert incubator I series is ideal for all applications with temperatures up to 80°C; and for incubating living cultures at 37°C. Thanks to the finely-tuned control technology, critical temperature overshoots are completely ruled out. Valuable loads are warmed up carefully and precisely. • temperature range up to +80 °C • 8 model sizes (32 to 749 liters) • double doors (interior glass, exterior stainless steel) to view samples easily without compromising the temperature • activation of sterilization routine with TwinDISPLAY (PLUS models)• 5 model sizes (32 to 161 liters volume) • Temperature range +30oC to +80oC • Model variant: TwinDISPLAY • High degree of thermal safety through multiple overtemperature protection • No feed or exhaust air, therefore an almost gas-tight chamber

CO2 Incubators

The Memmert CO2 incubator ICO is an industry-leading incubator that ensures the protection of cell, tissue, and bacteria cultures to give the most accurate results in the laboratory. It features finely-tuned temperature controls and sensors that quickly reach the set temperature point without going over. The CO2 incubator ICO also features an alarm system connected to your phone to ensure the safety of its contents and a battery-powered controlCOCKPIT that guarantees constant CO2 control even during a power failure. • 4 model sizes • Battery-powered ControlCOCKPIT for operation during power failures • Built-in alarm system including phone notifications • Humidity Control • Temperature Settings 18°C to 50°C • CO2 level settings from 0 to 20% • User-friendly interface

Peltier Cooled Incubators

Memmert’s Cooled Storage Incubator (IPPeco) is the most energy-efficient and powerful cooled incubator of its kinda due to state-of-the-art Peltier technology. Heat-up, cool down and recovery times are much shorter than comparable incubators. The Peltier-cooled incubator from Memmert saves on operating costs, ensures sample uniformity and makes work more efficient. Common applications include microbiology studies, bacterial count determination, shelf-life testing for dairy products and beer stability testing.

Compressor Cooled Incubators

The compressor cooled incubator (ICP) has an air jacket temperature control system to ensure that the working chamber of the incubator is perfectly sealed off from the outside. This ensurers rapid and precise temperature control, no evaporator-related drying out of samples, no icing of the cooling unit, and no de-humidification of the inner chamber. This incubator is cooled with climate-friendly CO2. Thanks to the excellent thermodynamic properties of CO2 (R744) refrigerant and the finely-adjusted control technology, the ICP cooled incubator is both powerful and high-precision.

Constant Climate Chamber

Constant climate chambers are designed for environmental simulation in material and stability testing. HPPeco constant climate chambers use Peltier technology making them around 90% more energy-efficient than compressor cooler devices, saving you money and helping the environment at the same time. The HPPeco is engineered to operate as quietly as possible, making it the perfect environment for labs that are noise sensitive and require minimal background noise. • 90% more efficient • 7 model sizes • Temperature range of 0 oC to 70oC • Minimal noise • Easy to use interface • Humidity controls

Environmental Test Chambers

Environmental test chambers are used to simulate environments for controlled testing purposes. These chambers are used in a wide variety of labs from pharmaceutical, biological, product testing, botany, and other labs. Precision control over temperature and humidity allow for accurate simulation over a large spectrum of environments. Memmert produces industry- leading environmental test chambers that feature unique stainless steels that’s scratch-resistant, hygienic, robust, and ever-lasting.

Humidity Chambers

Humidity chambers are used to simulate a wide variety of humidity conditions and their effects on the product or material being tested. Simulating humidity without condensation is necessary for testing in all sorts of industries from zoology to electronics. Memmert humidity chambers provide high-precision temperature and humidity control that ensures reliable, reproducible, and documentable testing data without producing any condensation inside the chamber. AtmoCONTROL allows for even the most complex ramp programs to be created in minutes and a streamlined, easy-to-read front display allows for simplified monitoring of the chambers conditions during testing.

Stability Chambers

Stability chambers are used to create a controlled environment for testing and storing a wide range of products in specific temperature and/or humidity conditions. The high precision temperature control of Memmert stability chambers were adapted to the ICH guidelines, option Q1A for stability tests.
